Space Applications Services NV/SA is an independent Belgian company founded in 1987. Aerospace Applications North America is our Partner company in Houston, USA.
Our aim is to research and develop innovative systems, solutions and products and provide services to the aerospace and security markets and related industries. Our activities cover manned and unmanned spacecraft, launch/re-entry vehicles, control centres, robotics and a wide range of information systems.
The Company develops payloads, avionics, robotics technology and products, and provides complete mission operations control centre solutions to EN9100 standards.
We also provide engineering, science and training services, including astronaut training.
From our headquarters, we are in daily contact with the International Space Station (ISS) ensuring our Customers’ research is successful.
The successful Intern will support the development of training content and the training technology and tools configuration on space-related subjects in the domains of physics, engineering, operations and others.
The successful candidate will mainly report to the Training Coordinator.
Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
Duration: 3 months at a minimum
Start date: As of January 2026
Tasks and Responsibilities
Collaborate with our team to develop or review training content
Support the configuration of training tools and learning management systems
Support instructional system design activities
Currently pursuing a degree in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a equivalent technical studies
Good written and spoken English
Attention to details and organisational skills
Experience with:
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Video editing software’s (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
An experience within a growing company with highly motivated Engineers, Scientists and Administrative Staff coming from all different horizons and countries

A full-time Internship with a monthly lump sum allowance, under certain conditions.
